Greater Conflagration in Cantha?
Search has been disabled for a while so I thought I'd ask here. Is there a place to cap greater conflagration in factions? I can't find it anywhere. Please advise this poor ranger.

Unfortunately, no, there is not. Greater Conflagration is a Prophecies-campaign Elite, and as such can only be found in Tyria.

there is a non-elite though called Conflagration and it is a Factions only skill, effectively, it turns all arrow damage into fire damage.
